XG10 comes in two boxes: base and accessories weight 58kg 128lbs. Central column 13kg 29lbs. Both can be turned upside down, pulled roughly that nothin happen. Very good packaging.
Open the column box, take it out an put on the ground. Open the other box and pull out the handlebar and manuals.
Remove the polystyrene foam. To pull out the base you have to be in two. Ask for help to your neighbor. 50kg or 110lbs are a heavy load. Watch your back. In the right image there's all you get in the boxes.
Prepare the screws as in the image above. The other 3 screws in the plastic bag are for the stabilizer you will fix later.
Put gently the column on the base. Screw the screws.
Plug in manually the connectors. Best if you plug the connectors before to fix the screws. Connectors are not properly easy but you shoul do it after few attempts. Just turn them until they go in.
Lift the back side of the platform and put something solid below. Screw firmly. Then, prepare the screws for the handlebar and the control unit.
Place the handlebar and fix it with the four big screws.
Connect the cables and connect the mass cable tho the column. 3 cables to connect.
Insert the control unit over the column and fix the screws with a screwdriver (doesn't come with the XG10) and be careful to not fasten too strong for the panel is in plastic.
Bend the XG10 to one side as in the image above and fix the stabilizer with the 3 screws.
Remove all the protection films.
Now you can remove the orange box. Plug the electricity an power on the XG10 to try if everything works.
