Tilting and Vertical vibration, what is the difference?

Postby Sasha Marvin on Sat Dec 06, 2008 1:47 pm

Tilting and Vertical are wrong definitions. There are alternate and uniform vibrating platforms. Both are vertical movements.

"Tilting" is misleading, because it is supposed it is based on a circular movement, and consequently one may think there is a circular component with oblique movements, which is not, at least in the vibration training devices. On the contrary, the Vertical UNIFORM vibration has more horizontal or oblique component than the Alternate vibration.

"Vertical" has no sense in a comparison, for both vibrations applied on vibration training devices are vertical.

So, what is the difference between ALTERNATE and UNIFORM then?
