Vibration Training and Parkinson's disease

Postby Sasha Marvin on Wed Nov 19, 2008 12:49 pm

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of vibration training and conventional physiotherapy in Parkinson's disease. The conclusion is that Vibration Training for 15 minutes 5 day a week equals Conventional Physiotherapy on equilibrium and gait.
Considering that Vibration Training is done with less fatigue, from our point of view it represents an advantage.
We believe that Vibration Training in addition to Physiotherapy may bring better results.
