Thanks for sharing this info. I did not realize that vibration exercises have good benefits as well.

Hi Sasha

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask these questions. If not, let me know where is the most appropriate place for them.

1. What effects, if any does the Galileo Machine have on spinal disc bulges?
2. Should it cause immediate pain to the injury site on first-time use?
3. Is it the type of physio machine to use when addressing chronic long term spinal disc bulges associated with chronic pain?
