Important questions to ask a salesperson if looking for a "c

Important questions to ask a salesperson if looking for a "commercial unit".... ( ask in this order )

(1) How long has your company been selling machines ?

(2) Can I be given some locations to visit that have the first machines you released ?

(3) Do any parts need replacing and how much does it cost ?

Why are these questions so important ?

(a) One very well known company will not be able to show you any machines they sold from 2004 --- 2008. Because they are ALL broken. Owners were forced to buy upgrades or go out of business. Would you trust a company that did this to business owners.

Note: The price was similar to a small car. Would you expect to replace a small car every few years ?

(b) Another well known company charges $2000 per machine to replace the isolators under the machine. They are designed to wear out after a certain amount of usage. But buyers are deliberately not told this.

A little bit aggressive, this post, but good to know. This is sometimes a reason to choose well known and reliable brands. Big issue with the salespersons is that they have no clue of what they are selling. They just have to sell.
