With or without shoes?

I was just wondering ... 100% people using WBV machines do exercise in sport shoes, shoes designed to *reduce* vibrations coming from road / floor / ... Does this make sense? If the shoes "eat" some of the Hz, wouldn't it be better to exercise without shoes?

Training at home I would use the platform without shoes, for the very reason you mention.

But in a public studio Health Regulations would come first. So shoes stay on.

Demon you are right.
Best thing is without shoes. However not direct contact with the skin to the surface of the platform. You should wear socks. Cotton socks.
In public situation this is for hygienic reasons, so use your own socks.

On strong vibration devices if you have very sensitive skin, not using socks, may result in some blisters.

The shoes, technically do not "eat" the frequency but soften the vertical damp, thus setting aside the muscle tightening due to the reflex effect, so less work for the muscles.

RB Murray gets his first career start againt Eagles

In the Dallas Cowboys, DeMarco Murray’s time has come, as he wil start at the running back position in Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles, following up his record-setting performance against the Rams as a rookie running back.
Originally, team’s No. 1 running back Felix Jones missed Sunday’s game as he was suffering a sprained ankle. And NFL Shop won’t be viewed in the further one or two weeks, af least. And the rookie running back DeMarco Murray will wear DeMarco Murray Cowboys jersey and play at Philadelphia.
Last week, Murray wore Dallas Cowboys jerseys and set new team record for single game rushing yards overall. As a rookie, Murray went along with Tashard Choice, wearing Cheap NFL Jerseys, and fumbled for the second straight week. All those wonderful performance earned him the start in the NFC East showdown.
The 253-yard effort is deciding for DeMaurice Murray, or even the Dallas Cowboys that will be glad to have such a competitive rookie.
