VIBRATION TRAINING

I am 52, Asian, female and 5 feet tall.

I am looking for a vibration machine. I would like to lose some weight, tone my muscles and keep fit.

I just come across one and would appreciate comments and views about it especially if it is good, reliable and suitable for home use. I am told that this machine is supported by research conducted at a NZ university but made in China.
