VIBRATION TRAINING

Hello there,

Thank you for your very informative website.

I was hoping to find a review for the Total Vibes Vibration machine as seen here http://www.tvins.com/dk/products/total- ... -vibes.php I cannot find any specifications about the manufacturing material (plastic or steel) or the Hz speed range.

Even though I very much like the look of the Galileo advanced portable plate, like all of the other machines, it is unfortunately well above my price range, and the Total Vibes machine is what I could afford.

The things they claim on the site are not true. I have not seen anybody loose weight like that in my last 3 years of professional training with all the major brands.

I have more than 250 customers. I know what I am talking about.

Vibration training is an amplifier of muscle activity and it brings muscle tune. This is the only claim it is allowed to claim for the hundred of studies.

You can't lose weight with a plate only. And that is not a serious plate, so you can imagine.

I always tell to my customers:

"Spend for something that is really worth, otherwise have a vacation to a caribbean beach, for it will bring much better results"

Get a vibration device to train your muscles! Don't waste your money into fake promises. You can set up a financial plan with your bank, for instance 130 dollars per month, and have a real device with real studies behind at home.
