I just purchased a DKN XG5 after researching the WBV products on your site.
Since you are an expert in this field I was wondering if you could provide some advice on starting out on a routine.
I am a little confused on the duration of time and hz I should be using. The manual says to work up to 30min work outs, how ever most articles that I read say 10min. The programs that are built into this model are all less than 12min.
I am 33 and have been active all of my life. If you could recommend as an example a sample routine with time and hz settings to get me off to a start it would be greatly appreciated. When do you know when to increase the time and or hz and what is the optimal amount of times per week to use this product. Thanks.
