Hi Marvin,

I just purchased a DKN XG5 after researching the WBV products on your site.

Since you are an expert in this field I was wondering if you could provide some advice on starting out on a routine.

I am a little confused on the duration of time and hz I should be using. The manual says to work up to 30min work outs, how ever most articles that I read say 10min. The programs that are built into this model are all less than 12min.

I am 33 and have been active all of my life. If you could recommend as an example a sample routine with time and hz settings to get me off to a start it would be greatly appreciated. When do you know when to increase the time and or hz and what is the optimal amount of times per week to use this product. Thanks.

I know Vibration Training routines and programs could be confusing at the beginning... :cry:
No fear! It is much more easy than appearance. :o

Time is in relation with the vibration intensity: 10 real effective minutes -recovery excluded- could be more than enough with 15G or more intensity (medium strong) while, if done with low G force 5-6G you need longer exposure to vibration to get the same effects. Sometimes 30 minutes are required to cover all muscle groups. 30 minutes of total vibration, recoveries excluded.

I know of my customers working to 45 minutes to complete all the repetitions on all the muscle groups that get GREAT results. However do not exagerate at the beginning. Let you body be accustomed step by step.
